We currently have 11 rewards programs live in the Go Rewards app and plenty more to come! You can see our full list of partners and where to shop with Go Rewards here.

Setting up my app

Can I use a non-Australian mobile number to create an account?

Unfortunately not. Go Rewards is currently only available to users with an Australian mobile number.

However, watch this space as we're always looking to expand and make the app more accessible. Stay tuned for future updates!

What happens if I didn't recieve my SMS verification code?

If you haven't received your verification code, try the following: 

• Double-check that your mobile number is correct and entered in full
• Make sure you have mobile reception and can receive SMS messages
• Wait up to 60 seconds. In some cases, messages can be delayed
• Tap “Resend code” to request a new SMS

If you still do not receive a code after multiple attempts, please contact us.

Using the app

How do I use my digital rewards cards in-store?

You can find all of your digital rewards cards on the homepage of the Go Rewards app and also within the specific loyalty programs you have joined.

And with Auto Earn you can link your rewards cards to your payment card, so you never have to scan a rewards card at checkout! Learn how to link your card here.

Can I share my rewards cards with other people?

Go Rewards is built to meet your unique shopping habits. However, if you already have an existing shared account, you can log into the Go Rewards app on multiple devices using the same registered phone number to access the same digital rewards card, points and rewards credit.

Can I get a physical rewards card?

Go Rewards is a mobile only solution, helping to save the clutter of physical cards from your wallet and ensuring you never forget your rewards card again!  

My digital rewards card didn't scan, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please try closing and re-opening the app to see if that rectifies the issue. If the problem continues please contact us and we'll investigate this for you.

Did you know that with Auto Earn you no longer need to scan a digital rewards card to earn points? Simply link your rewards card to your payment card and earn points automatically.

Can I use Go Rewards when I shop online?

Yes, you can still earn points when you shop online with select merchants.

What happens to my points if I delete the Go Rewards app?

If you delete your Go Rewards account, you forfeit all of your points and rewards credit.

I have a new mobile number. How do I update my Go Rewards account?

Please reach out to our team here so that we can support you with this update.

Can I access Go Rewards on other devices?

The Go Rewards app works on Android and iOS mobile and tablet devices only.

Does it cost me anything to join Go Rewards?

Joining Go Rewards is completely free!

Transferring an old rewards program

How do I transfer my existing rewards points from an old account?

Transferring existing rewards points from one of our partners is easy, all you need is your existing membership/card number.  

If you're using the same mobile number to sign up to Go Rewards as you did when you signed up to the account you're trying to transfer, then we might have already transferred your account for you.

I can't find my existing membership/card number

Not a problem, we can help you transfer your old account.

To help us do this, please complete this form and provide us with as many of the following details.

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number

Note* - try to remember the details you would have used when originally creating the rewards program you are trying to transfer. These might not necessarily be the ones you are using now.

Collecting points

How do I earn points?

Earning points is easy. Once you've downloaded the Go Rewards app and joined a rewards program, you can start earning points through your personalised boosters, or by finding exclusive member bonuses in-store.

Remember to always scan your digital rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card when you checkout so that you never miss out on points.

How long will it take for my points to show?

Your points should appear almost immediately after your purchase. In some cases, this may take a little longer.

Do my points expire?

Points expiry differs for each r program. Please refer to the for the specific merchant on how, if at all, your earned points expire.

My points balance looks incorrect

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us and we'll investigate this right away.

I didn't receive my points, what can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us letting us know where and when you made the purchase and we can pass this onto the merchant who will be able to assist.

I forgot to scan my card, can I still get my points?

Reissuing points is up to the merchant that operates the rewrads program. Please contact the merchant where you made the purchase and they will be able to assist.

My rewards card didn’t scan, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please try closing and re-opening the app to see if that rectifies the issue. If the issue persists, please contact the merchant where you made the purchase and they will be able to assist.

Did you know that with Auto Earn you no longer need to scan a digital rewards card to earn points? Simply link your rewards card to your payment card and earn points automatically.

What happens if I return an item that I've already received points for?

If you're returning an item, the points you earned will be deducted automatically once that item is received back by the store.

Can I claim points for purchases I made before I downloaded the Go Rewards app?

We have worked with some of our Go Rewards partners to transfer existing loyalty customers over from old programs. When you sign up for a loyalty program in the Go Rewards app, if the option to transfer your existing account is available it will be offered to you at that point.

Weekly Boosters

What is a Weekly Booster?

Weekly Boosters are personalised offers made just for you so that you can earn rewards faster!

How do I use Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and head to a rewards program you've joined. Scroll to view your Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost All which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase this item in store and scan your digital rewards card, or pay with your Auto Earn linked card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Member Bonus

What is a Member Bonus?

Member Bonuses are exclusive offers made just for Go Rewards members and the best way to start earning points faster.

You will find Member Bonus products in-store labelled with a specific Member Bonus shelf ticket. Member Bonuses are updated regularly, so remember to keep an eye out for them in store!

How do I claim Member Bonuses?

Once you sign up to a merchant's rewards program you automatically get access to products they have added as a Member Bonus.

Simply look out for Member Bonus products in store, then when you purchase them at checkout and scan your digital rewards card you will receive your Member Bonus points within the app.

Auto Earn

What is Auto Earn?

Auto Earn is our brand new feature that allows you to turn your payment card into your rewards card.

Say goodbye to scanning rewards cards at checkout, with Auto Earn you simply shop, pay using your linked card and walk away with your reward points captured automatically.

What cards can I link using Auto Earn?

We have partnered with Visa and Mastercard meaning you can link any Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards within your Go Rewards app, to any of your existing Go Rewards rewards programs.

You cannot link cards issued by American Express, Maestro, or any cards issued outside of Australia.

I didn't receive my rewards points when I paid with my Auto Earn linked card

While it is rare, on occassions rewards points can take up to 72hrs to appear in your Go Rewards app. If you still haven't received your rewards points after 72hrs then please contact us here.

How do I spend my rewards credit using Auto Earn?

While you can accumulate your points automatically when using Auto Earn, you will still need to scan your digital rewards card in order to redeem your rewards credit at checkout.

Adding a rewards program

What if I'm already a member with a rewards program in Go Rewards?

We have worked with some of our Go Rewards partners to transfer existing rewards customers over from old programs. When you sign up for a rewards program in the Go Rewards app, if the option to transfer your existing account is available it will be offered to you at that point.

When will other rewards programs be added to Go Rewards?

We're always adding new rewards programs to the Go Rewards app. Want to be kept in the loop? Subscribe to our marketing email list to be the first to know when new programs are added.

Digital Receipts

How can I get my digital receipt?

When you complete a shop with one of our rewards partners and scan your digital rewards card, a digital receipt will be made available in your Go Rewards app.

Where can I find my digital receipts within the Go Rewards app?

Digital receipts can be found in the Activity tab located on your Go Rewards home screen.

Why can I see digital receipts from brands whose loyalty programs I haven't joined?

Some of our Go Rewards partners offer digital receipts but do not offer a rewards program managed by Go Rewards - you can see a full list of these partners here.

Are digital receipts tax compliant?

Yes! All digital receipts found within the Go Rewards app are fully tax compliant and fulfil the ATO guidelines as a legally compliant tax invoice.

Can I use my receipts for returns and warranty?

Yes, you can. Like many other receipts you've been familiar with, digital receipts within the Go Rewards app include a barcode at the bottom making them simple for businesses to scan when processing returns of claiming under warranty.

Please remember to check the specific merchant T&Cs relating to returns and warranties.

How long will my receipts be stored for?

Your  receipts will be stored for the length of the life of your mobile number, or until you delete the Go Rewards app.

What should I do if I didn't receive a receipt for a recent purchase?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact our team here so we can investigate the issue.

How do I export my receipts?

Currently you cannot export your receipts.

Data & Security

Who does Go Rewards share my data with?

Go Rewards only shares data with parties that you've consented to share your data with during your onboarding and joining of new rewards programs.

What do you use my data for?

Data gathered through your usage of the Go Rewards app is used to inform Go Rewards on the best offers to serve you within each merchant rewards program. We also use your data to improve our app experience. 

What data do you share with merchants?

We only share the data you consent to sharing when you sign up to a merchant rewards program, for example first name, last name, email and mobile number. For more information on this please visit our terms and conditions.

What personal information do you store?

Go Rewards only stores the information you provide when you sign up to the app. This includes your first name, last name, email and mobile number. If you choose to delete your account, we remove this information upon successful account deletion. For more information on this please visit our terms and conditions.

Can I opt out of marketing communications but still earn points?

Yes, you can choose to opt-out of marketing requests at any time and this will not impact your ability to earn points.

Why do you need my mobile number?

In order to reduce fraud, Go Rewards requests and verifies your mobile number.

I want you to delete all my personal information

If you would like us to delete your personal information, please follow the instructions in the app to delete your Go Rewards account.

Supa Rewards

How do I claim my $10 Welcome Offer?

To redeem your $10 Supabarn Welcome Offer, you need to complete two $50 shops within the first 60 days of joining the Supa Rewards program. Make sure you scan your digital rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card on both these shops!

Rewards credit can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your voucher when you use it in store.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and head to your Supa Rewards program. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted item in store and scan your digital rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card and your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

What is Stock up and Earn?

With Stock up and Earn, you receive 10x points on any shop over $100 on the first Thursday of every month.

Where can I shop with Supa Rewards?

Supa Rewards will be live in select Supabarn stores including Casey, Crace, Kingston, Annandale, Gymea and San Souci.

FreshConnect Rewards

How do I claim my Welcome Offer?

To redeem your welcome offer, simply complete two shops over $50 within the first 30 days and your points will automatically be added to your account. Make sure you scan your FreshConnect Rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card on both these shops!

Rewards credit can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your rewards credit when you use it in store.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and head to your FreshConnect Rewards program. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted item in store and scan your FreshConnect Rewards loyalty card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

What is Monthly Points Power Up?

With the Monthly Points Power Up, FreshConnect Rewards members receive 5x points on any shop over $50 on the last Tuesday of every month.

Where can I shop with FreshConnect Rewards?

FreshConnect Rewards is available across all Tucker Fresh IGA stores.

Maloneys Rewards

How do I claim my $10 Welcome Offer?

To redeem your $10 Maloneys Welcome Offer, you need to complete two $50 shops within the first 60 days of joining the Maloneys Rewards program. Make sure you scan your digital rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card on both these shops!

Maloneys Rewards is only available to use when shopping at Maloneys Grocer stores.

Where can I shop with Maloneys Rewards?

Maloneys Rewards is available across all Maloenys Grocer stores, including Surry Hills, Rozelle, Coogee and Woollahra.

SPAR Rewards

How do I claim my Welcome Offer?

To redeem your welcome offer, simply complete two shops over $50 within the first 30 days and your points will automatically be added to your account. Make sure you scan your SPAR Rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card on both these shops!

Rewards credit can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your rewards credit when you use it in store.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

What products can I earn SPAR Rewards points on? 

SPAR Rewards points can be earned when purchasing any SPAR branded products in store. SPAR Rewards points will not be earned on non-SPAR branded products.

Where can I shop with SPAR Rewards?

SPAR Rewards is currently only available at select SPAR Australia stores stores, including Dorrigo NSW, Smithfield QLD, Morayfield QLD, Holloways Beach QLD, Caboolture QLD, Palmwoods QLD, Woombye QLD, Toowoomba QLD and Molendinar QLD.

SPAR Rewards will be rolloing out across all SPAR stores in the coming months.

Gong Grocer

How do I claim my Welcome Offer?

Download the Go Rewards app and join Gong Grocer Loyalty today to instantly receive your $2.00 reward.

There's more! Earn an additional $5.00 Gong Grocer reward when you complete 2 x shops of any value in your first 14 days as a member.

Rewards can only be claimed in $5.00 increments, only used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your reward when you use it in store.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select Gong Grocer Loyalty. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted item in store and scan your Gong Grocer Loyalty card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card, or by providing your mobile number, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Remember, new Weekly Boosters are available every Monday. So don't forget to check your app, get boosting and start your week right.

How do I transfer my old rewards points to the new Gong Grocer Loyalty?

If you were part of our old Family Loyalty program and your account details were up to date, your points will have been transferred to the NEW Gong Grocer Loyalty program. Simply download the Go Rewards app and join Gong Grocer Loyalty to setup your account and access your existing points.

Where can I shop with Gong Grocer Loyalty?

Gong Grocer Loyalty is available at both our stores located in Sydney CBD World Square and our localised IGA situated in Kingsford on Anzac parade.

Ahmedi's IGA Rewards

How do I claim my $10 Welcome Offer?

To redeem your $10 Welcome Offer, simply complete two $50 shops within the first 60 days of becoming a member. Make sure you scan your Ahmedi's IGA Rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card, or provide your mobile number at checkout on both these shops!

Rewards can only be claimed in $10.00 increments, only used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your reward when you use it in store or online.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select Ahmedi's IGA Rewards. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

How do I transfer my old rewards points to the new Ahmedi's IGA Rewards?

If you were part of our old Ahmedi's IGA Rewards and your account details were up to date, your points will have been transferred to the NEW Ahmedi's IGA Rewards program. Simply download the Go Rewards app and join Ahmedi's IGA Rewards to setup your account and access your existing points.

Where can I shop with Ahmedi's IGA Rewards?

Ahmedi's IGA Rewards is available across all Ahmedi's IGA stores, including Gulgong, Kandos and Molong.

*Ahmedi's IGA Rewards is not a rewards program for all IGA independent supermarkets across Australia.

MCQ Rewards

How do I claim my joining offer?

Receive your 100 rewards points when you join MCQ Rewards and complete your first shop. Make sure you scan your MCQ Rewards card or pay using your Auto Earn linked card at checkout.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select MCQ Rewards. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted items in store and scan your MCQ Rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Remember, new Weekly Boosters are available every Saturday. So don't forget to check your app and get boosting.

Where can I shop with MCQ Rewards?

MCQ Rewards is available across all MCQ Supermarkets including, Malaga, Morely, Armadale, Subiaco and Mirrabooka.

Hill Street Rewards

How do I claim my joining offer?

Receive your 1000 rewards points when you join Hill Street Rewards and complete two shops valued at $50 or more in your first 30 days. Make sure you scan your Hill Street Rewards card or provide your mobile number at checkout.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select Hill Street Rewards. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted items in store and identify yourself as a Hill Street Rewards member, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Remember, new Weekly Boosters are available every Wednesday. So don't forget to check your app and get boosting.

Where can I shop with Hill Street Rewards?

Hill Street Rewards is available across all Hill Street Grocers including, Blackmans Bay, Davenport, Dodges Ferry, Latrobe, Lauderdale, Longford, New Town, Sandy Bay, West Hobart and South Hobart.

Happy Rewards

How do I claim my joining offer?

Get 500 rewards points when you join Happy Rewards and complete two shops valued at $50 or more in your first 30 days. Make sure you scan your Happy Rewards card or pay using your Auto Earn linked card at checkout.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and head to your Happy Rewards program. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted items in store and scan your Happy Rewards card, or pay using your Auto Earn linked card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Remember, new Weekly Boosters are available every Wednesday. So don't forget to check your app and get boosting.

How do I transfer my existing rewards points?

To transfer your points from your old Happy Apple Loyalty account to the new Happy Rewards program, simply sign up to the Go Rewards app using the same details which you used to create your old Happy Apple Loyalty account.

The Go Rewards app will recognise your details when you join Happy Rewards and your existing points will be transferred within 24-48hrs.

Where can I shop with Happy Rewards?

Happy Rewards is available across all of our stores including, Ascot Vale, Essendon, Seddon and Newport.
