What is Go Rewards?

Go Rewards is the new home for rewards, powered by Slyp, that brings all of your favourite loyalty programs under one roof. Earn rewards, save money and capture all your digital receipts in one secure and convenient mobile app.

Who is Slyp?

Slyp is Australia's most trusted loyalty and receipts partner that brings you Go Rewards. Slyp's transaction enrichment platforms help to bring brands and consumers closer together to create better customer experiences.

What happened to my existing digital receipts that used to be in the Slyp app?

Your existing digital receipts that were saved in the Slyp app (now Go Rewards) can be found under the new area of the app called Activity.

Where can I use Go Rewards?

We now have 10 partners live in the Go Rewards app offering loyalty and digital receipts. You can see our full list of partners and where to shop with Go Rewards here.

Using the app

How do I use my loyalty cards in-store?

You can find all of your digital loyalty cards on the homepage of the Go Rewards app and also within the specific loyalty programs you have joined. Simply click on the digital loyalty card and it's ready to be scanned. You can also add your digital loyalty cards to your mobile wallet for even easier access.

Can I share my loyalty cards with other people?

Go Rewards is built to meet your unique shopping habits, meaning that every person will need to set up their own Go Rewards account to start earning their own rewards.

Can I get a physical loyalty card?

Go Rewards is a mobile only solution, helping to save the clutter of physical cards from your wallet and ensuring you never forget your rewards card again!  

My loyalty card didn't scan, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please try closing and re-opening the app to see if that rectifies the issue. If the problem continues please contact us and we'll investigate this for you.

In the meantime, if you need to use a loyalty card you can ask a staff member to manually enter the digital loyalty card number of the program you're wanting to use - you can find these numbers within the digital cards at the top of your homepage.

Can I use Go Rewards when I shop online?

Currently the Go Rewards app is only for in-store shopping. However we are bringing new and exciting updates to the Go Rewards app all the time, so watch this space.

What happens to my points if I delete the Go Rewards app?

If you delete your Go Rewards account, you forfeit all of your points and vouchers.

I have a new mobile number. How do I update my Go Rewards account?

Please reach out to our team here so that we can support you with this update.

Can I access Go Rewards on other devices?

The Go Rewards app works on Android and iOS mobile devices only.

Why can I not use Go Rewards loyalty at some of your partners brands but still access digital receipts?

Some of our Go Rewards partners today are only switched on with digital receipts, to help create a more convenient and faster checkout experience.

We are working hard to bring you more Go Rewards partners offering loyalty!

Does it cost me anything to join Go Rewards?

Joining Go Rewards is completely free!

Collecting points

How do I earn points?

Earning  points is easy. Once you've downloaded the Go Rewards app and added a Merchant Loyalty Program, you simply shop in store as you normally would, scan your digital loyalty card and pay.

The points you've earned will be added to your Go Rewards app automatically.

How long will it take for my points to show?

Your points should appear almost immediately after your purchase. In some cases, this may take a little longer.

Do my points expire?

Points expiry differs for each merchant loyalty program. Please refer to the for the specific merchant on how, if at all, your earned points expire.

My points balance looks incorrect

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us and we'll investigate this right away.

I didn't receive my points, what can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact the merchant where you made the purchase and they will be able to assist.

I forgot to scan my card, can I still get my points?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact the merchant where you made the purchase and they will be able to assist.

My loyalty card didn’t scan, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please try closing and re-opening the app to see if that rectifies the issue. If the issue persists, please contact the merchant where you made the purchase and they will be able to assist.

What happens if I return an item that I've already received points for?

If you're returning an item, the points you earned will be deducted automatically once that item is received back by the store.

Can I claim points for purchases I made before I downloaded the Go Rewards app?

We have worked with some of our Go Rewards partners to transfer existing loyalty customers over from old programs. When you sign up for a loyalty program in the Go Rewards app, if the option to transfer your existing account is available it will be offered to you at that point.

Weekly Boosters

What is a Weekly Booster?

A Weekly Booster is a way for you to earn extra points when buying selected items in store, so that you can earn rewards faster!

How do I use Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select the merchant's loyalty program you're wanting to shop with. Scroll to view your Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase this item in store and scan your loyalty card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Member Bonus

What is a Member Bonus?

A Member Bonus is a product with the highest rewards on offer inside the Go Rewards app and the best way to start earning points faster.

With Member Bonuses, Go Rewards users are given discounts in the form of  points (i.e $5.00 back in points = 500 points) which can be cashed out spent on future shops depending on the merchanly loyalty program.

Member Bonus products are updated regularly, so remember to keep an eye out for them in store!

How do I claim Member Bonuses?

Once you sign up to a merchant's loyalty program you automatically get access to products they have added as a Member Bonus.

Simply look out for Member Bonus products in store, then when you purchase them at checkout and scan your loyalty card you will receive your Member Bonus points within the app.

How is  a Member Bonus different to a Boosted Offer?

Member Bonus products are selected by the merchant and will automatically be made accessible to you through the Go Rewards app without you having to action anything. These are the highest reward items that you'll find inside the Go Rewards app.

Boosted Offers are personalised to suit your shopping, giving you more value for the items you love the most. With a Boosted Offer you must go into your Go Rewards app and scroll to view the Boosted offers and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost  every offer available to you.

Earning rewards

How do I earn and access reward vouchers?

Reward vouchers are earned by accumulating enough points to pass the threshold for a specific Merchant Loyalty Program. Reward vouchers are automatically added to your account when earned.

You can access them via the homepage on your Go Rewards app in a section called Available Vouchers.

How do I use my rewards vouchers in store?

To use your voucher, simply tap on the voucher you would like to use in your Go Rewards app and scan the barcode at checkout.

How long are my rewards vouchers valid for?

Expiry dates will be made visible on every rewards voucher within the Go Rewards app. To checkout a voucher expiry date, simply open the Go Rewards app and click on any available voucher which you have earned - the expiry date is located in the bottom right hand corner of the reward voucher.

I didn't receive my rewards voucher

We're sorry to hear that. Rewards vouchers should automatically be added to your account once you've earned enough points but sometimes there might be a slight delay.

If your rewards voucher still hasn't been added within 12hrs of your points milestone being passed, please contact our team here and we'll look into why this has happened.

My rewards voucher isn't scanning, what do I do?

Oh-no, we understand this can be frustrating! Please contact the merchant where you made the purchase and they will be able to assist.

Adding a loyalty program

What if I'm already a member with a loyalty program in Go Rewards?

We have worked with some of our Go Rewards partners to transfer existing loyalty customers over from old programs. When you sign up for a loyalty program in the Go Rewards app, if the option to transfer your existing account is available it will be offered to you at that point.

When will other rewards programs be added to Go Rewards?

Go Rewards will be adding new rewards programs soon. Subscribe to our marketing email list to be the first to know when new programs are added.

Digital Receipts

How can I get my digital receipt?

There are two ways you can access digital receipts within the Go Rewards app.

  1. When you turn on a merchant loyalty program a digital receipt will be made available in your 'Activity' tab once you have made purchase with that brand.
  2. Some of our Go Rewards partners offer digital receipts but not a merchant loyalty program. In this instance, simply provide your mobile number at checkout when making a purchase and a digital receipt will be made available in your Activity tab. You can see a full list of these partners here.
Where can I find my digital receipts within the Go Rewards app?

Digital receipts can be found in the Activity tab located on your Go Rewards home screen.

Why can I see digital receipts from brands whose loyalty programs I haven't joined?

Some of our Go Rewards partners offer digital receipts but not a Merchant Loyalty Program - you can see a full list of these partners here.

Are digital receipts tax compliant?

Yes! All digital receipts found within the Go Rewards app are fully tax compliant and fulfil the ATO guidelines as a legally compliant tax invoice.

Can I use my receipts for returns and warranty?

Yes, you can. Like many other receipts you've been familiar with, digital receipts within the Go Rewards app include a barcode at the bottom making them simple for businesses to scan when processing returns of claiming under warranty.

Please remember to check the specific merchant T&Cs relating to returns and warranties.

How long will my receipts be stored for?

Your  receipts will be stored for the length of the life of your mobile number, or until you delete the Go Rewards app.

What should I do if I didn't receive a receipt for a recent purchase?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact our team here so we can investigate the issue.

How do I export my receipts?

Currently you cannot export your receipts.

Data & Security

Who does Go Rewards share my data with?

Slyp only shares data with parties that you've consented to share your data with. This includes Our Partners within the Go Rewards app.

What do you use my data for?

Data gathered through your usage of the Go Rewards app is used to inform Go Rewards on the best offers to serve you within each merchant loyalty program. We also use your data to improve our app experience. 

What data do you share with merchants?

We only share the data you consent to sharing when you sign up to a merchant loyalty program, for example first name, last name, email and mobile number. For more information on this please visit our terms and conditions.

What personal information do you store?

Go Rewards only stores the information you provide when you sign up to the app. This includes your first name, last name, email and mobile number. If you choose to delete your account, we remove this information upon successful account deletion. For more information on this please visit our terms and conditions.

Can I opt out of marketing communications but still earn points?

Yes, you can choose to opt-out of marketing requests at any time and this will not impact your ability to earn points.

Why do you need my mobile number?

In order to reduce fraud, Go Rewards requests and verifies your mobile number.

I want you to delete all my personal information

If you would like us to delete your personal information, please follow the instructions in the app to delete your Go Rewards account.

Supa Rewards

How do I claim my $10 joining voucher?

Receive your $10 Supabarn voucher when you sign up to Supa Rewards and complete x2 shops each worth $50 within the first 60 days. Make sure you scan your Supabarn loyalty card on both these shops!

Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your voucher when you use it in store.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select Supa Rewards. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted item in store and scan your Supa Rewards loyalty card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

What is Stock up and Earn?

With Stock up and Earn, you receive 10x points on any shop over $100 on the first Thursday of every month.

Where can I shop with Supa Rewards?

Supa Rewards will be live in select Supabarn stores including Casey, Crace, Kingston, Annandale, Gymea and San Souci.

Maloneys Rewards

How do I claim my $10 joining voucher?

Receive your $10 Maloneys voucher when you join Maloneys Rewards and complete x2 shops each worth $50 within the first 30 days. Make sure you scan your Maloneys Rewards loyalty card on both these shops!

Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. So, make sure you get the full value of your voucher when you use it in store.

How do I use my Weekly Boosters?

Open your Go Rewards app and select Maloneys Rewards. Scroll to view the Weekly Boosters and tap Boost to activate a specific offer, or you can choose to Boost all which will boost every offer available to you.

When you purchase a boosted item in store and scan your Maloneys Rewards loyalty card, your boosted points will be automatically added to your account.

Can I use my Maloneys Rewards card to earn points at Shuk and Fabbrica?

Maloneys Rewards is only available to use when shopping at Maloneys Grocer stores.

Where can I shop with Maloneys Rewards?

Maloneys Rewards is available across all Maloenys Grocer stores, including Surry Hills, Rozelle, Coogee and Woollahra.
